the fridge and sink for that size room was really nice to have, also enjoyed the TV to watch a couple movies. Mattress was pretty comfortable as well.

Small cute town, but Knights Inn is managed like a scam.
Small cute town, but Knights Inn is managed like a scam. Mother becomes emotional and does not respond to reasonable questions after daughter (?) is unable to justify lack of refund for a room without flushing toilet.
Mom then accused me of being rude, but I asked her for the video on that one...they would NOT benefit from video coverage of their office. (waving arms, interrruptions, lack of responses). I was amazed at the lack of comprehension that you don't rent a room when there has been a water event nearby that limits your ability to provide water service in your hotel....?
Beware!

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. It felt like I was staying in a high end hotel with how professionally prepped everything was in the room - beds were very neatly made, bathroom was spotless, a little note from the cleaning staff was left so I would know who serviced my room. The front desk staff also welcomed me to call anytime I needed anything and I was checked in rather quickly. It was a nice feel and I would definitely stay again.
The front desk people- John, Kelsey, Brittney and Francis! They let me use their employee freezer for huge ice packs that I need for a medical condition. This hotel is a good value without sacrificing comfort! It’s updated with cheaper materials, but has a new feeling and is exceptionally clean. We stayed here while attending our daughters graduation at Liberty which wasn’t too far away. Walmart, a nice Mexican and Japanese restaurant nearby that we liked.
The owners have obviously put a lot of money, time, and effort updating the rooms. New furniture, new bed, new counters, new sink, new paint, new flooring. But what puzzles me is with all that, the baseboards were not painted. Then there were french cleets beside the headboard. I know those new hotel furniture is modular and come with nightstands. But the outlets appeared to be in the way. Just couldn't figure out why they were there.
The location was not far from Lynchburg, but the neighborhood was a bit rundown. There were restaurants not far down the road. Overall it met our needs, but we won't be returning or recommending to others.
